Amazing Winters Visiting place in Pakistan’s Northern Areas
Pakistan is one of the few countries in the world having four distinct seasons. Winter, summer, spring, and fall are all beautiful seasons to visit in Pakistan. Every season has its own distinct flavor and set of advantages. The northern parts of Pakistan enjoy four beautiful seasons at once, as well as spectacular vistas and locations. These zones are carried out using different astronomical regions of the earth’s sky. Because of their beauty, tourists from all over the world, including Pakistanis, have been lured to these destinations.
Summer and winter vacations are popular in Pakistan’s northern regions, which are also noted for their breathtaking beauty. You’ve come to the right location if you’re thinking of taking a winter holiday to the north. On this page, we’ve come up with a list of the finest tourist sites in the country.
The below places are famous not for their stunning scenery, but also for two of the greatest tourist amenities, like road and communication infrastructure, hotel rooms for short stays, and vacation homes.
Swat is an adventure tourism place
Those who visit Swat regularly might also make the once commitment by buying an apartment. Check out Cedar Valley in Kalam for the studio, one, and 2 bedrooms apartments that may be rented out for extra money.
Shogran in winters
On the road to Naran and Babusar Top, Shogran is off the usual path. The tourist destination is well-connected to the region’s stunning natural features, such as Siri Paye and Makra Peak, and is also suitable for trekking and camping. In the winter, Shogran is covered in snow, then you’ll have to hire a 4X4 to get somewhere; but, in the summer, you may drive your own car.
For just an overnight stay in Shogran, there are many hotels to choose from. If you arrive in Shogran in the middle of the day, it is better to schedule your trip to Siri Paye for the next morning. Another reason for this is that most of the roads are covered with snow, traveling after the evening is far too risky.
Snacks, lunch, or supper are all available in a commercial setting. It’s not difficult to find a hotel room, and rates in different resorts start at PKR 6,000 per night.
Kalash valley and its winter festival
Kalash’s three valleys are Rumbur, Bumburet, and Birir. All year, Kalash Valley residents may participate in a number of events. Chilam Joshi, a summer event, is certainly familiar to you. A four-day festival attracts hundreds of locals and guests.
Every year from December 7 to December 22, they celebrate Chaw Mos, their most important festival. The Kalash winter celebration celebrates the start of the new year or the conclusion of the harvest season. Tourists and locals alike will be able to learn more about the valley’s interesting history. The natural beauty of Kalash Valley will surprise you, in contrast to such fascinating and colorful displays of local culture.
To remain warm during the Kalash Valley’s severely cold winters, take large jackets, sweaters, and other warm clothing. In the Kalash area, private hotels and guest houses are available, with nightly rates ranging from PKR 2,000 to PKR 3,000 depending on the season.

Nearly Everyone In This Alaskan Town Lives In The Same Building, Woman Shares The Inside Scoop On What It’s Like
The world is full of interesting curiosities, whether natural or man-made. Undoubtedly, those traveling or generally interested in the various geographical locations around the world will agree that lifespan is not enough to discover all that the world has to offer. But you can always try.
A TikTok video showing one of the more interesting cities in Alaska has started circulating online. Namely a city where practically everyone lives in one building.
Additional Information: Tik Tok
While the world is full of oddities, this one certainly eats the cake, as it is a city where almost every resident lives in the same building.

So, TikToker @livvontheedge posted video showing what a town in Alaska called Whittier is like. But the former war city is a city like no other, because almost everyone lives in one house.
That alone caught the attention of the internet, but it got better when a girl named Jenessa (@ messy.nessy), who actually lives in that building, sewed her video and provided more context.

As it turns out, there are 318 people who live there all year round. In that building, there is a post office, a church, a shop and a construction office, and there is also a tunnel that leads into the school across the street.
There used to be a clinic in the building, and there is one doctor in the city, but they have moved to another building and there is also an emergency medical service where people volunteer. More serious crises are being waged in the nearby town of Anchorage.
The town is called More Whittier and it is home to 300-something of Alaska

In addition, there is only one tunnel, spanning 2.5 miles, that connects the city to the rest of the world. Otherwise, you would have to take a boat, plane or train.
Other facilities include another abandoned building, the manor, which is another apartment building in the city, a restaurant, a shop, city offices, a hotel, a port, a ferry station, a fish processing factory and a few other places.
Almost all of its people live in only one farmhouse, one of two farmhouses in the city

Jenessa explained that the reason why almost everyone lives in this building is because no one can buy property to build a house there because it is owned by the railroad, but many own the apartments within the main apartment, while a small percentage rent .
Since the sewn video appeared, it has gone crazy with over 18 million views so far. Many began to ask about the city, namely to ask for detailed excursions, to ask if the city has a mayor, a hospital, the history of the city, what to do and, because it is the internet, asking if this is a cult (spoiler: no).
People were so fascinated to discover this that they started asking a lot of questions about it

And Jenessa was more than happy to answer them, transforming her TikTok channel into an agreement on questions and answers.

This inevitably transformed Jenessa’s TikTok into a channel of questions and answers, where she answers all the interesting questions people have. The viewing of each video ranges from a few hundred thousand to a million views, and the channel has managed to gain nearly 5 million likes since this article.

Here are some of the more popular questions and answers:
How does someone find a job? Whittier is a seasonal town, so it closes for the winter, but during the summer a lot happens. In addition, people can be employed by the city, by the school, the railway company, the tunnel company and several other sites.
Is it a mayor or a city council? Yes. There are a handful of councilors, there are elections in the council, and, as it turns out, Jenessa’s dad is mayor. It is also entirely voluntary work.

How is the city dealing with the pandemic? Believe it or not, there have been several cases, mostly among tourists and seasonal workers, but the city has otherwise managed it quite well and they are taking extra measures to avoid reintroducing Covid into the now clean city.
Is food expensive? Yes, but many buy on a large scale simply by traveling to nearby Anchorage. However, if someone forgot to buy one of their rounds to the bigger city, they simply show up at one of the local shops.
