A large gray living room rug sets a quiet and comfortable base in our first home design. The dove-gray island serves as a serene springboard for beautiful natural wooden elements, while an interesting backdrop of illuminated bookshelves and 3D art adds a stronger color.

Wooden units curve smoothly from the home entrance to the open floor kitchen. At the front door, a shelf niche was built in to add a decorative touch. The rest of the unit makes useful storage space for coats and houses excess.

A deep tufted sofa looks almost too good to resist. An elegant arched gate leads from the living room into the home office.

The modern fireplace is integrated into the TV wall, where it blazes openly along the surface of a hanging media. Top cabinets store more media and household items and act as a clear white mount for the TV screen.

The open-plan lounge is supported by the dining room. A modern dining room light visually anchors it in place.

On the opposite side of the kitchen, another wall of curved wooden cabinets mirrors those in the home entrance to achieve an equal balance. A strip of LED light illuminates the perimeter of the kitchen to create a bright, sharp edge.

A second fireplace is ceiling mounted next to the window to create a comfortable reading song. A yellow cushioned accent chair makes for a comfortable landing, while a chrome side table is available to hold the book of the week.
