{"id":7264,"date":"2021-10-10T09:42:58","date_gmt":"2021-10-10T09:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.feeta.pk\/blog\/list-of-noc-approval-required-for-project-in-jurisdiction-of-cda-private-country-blog-graana-com\/"},"modified":"2023-09-13T16:27:29","modified_gmt":"2023-09-13T16:27:29","slug":"approval-requirements-for-project-in-cdas-jurisdiction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.feeta.pk\/blog\/approval-requirements-for-project-in-cdas-jurisdiction\/","title":{"rendered":"Approval Requirements for Projects in CDA&#8217;s Jurisdiction"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div class=\"post_header_title\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has devised a procedure to facilitate the people who intend to undertake real estate or invest in private land or any residential association, as explained <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.feeta.pk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feeta.pk<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The list of documents required for a project in the case of private land is as follows: <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ownership Documents: <\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fard (Certified by Patwari or Tehsildar) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ax Shajra (Certified by Patwari or Tehsildar) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificate of Free (NEC) certified by Tehsildar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparatory Planning Permit (PPP) Letter from Planning Wing, CDA. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved Layout Plan. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Letter of approval from Project Control Committee (DVC). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved Letter of Construction Plans. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved Construction Plans controlled by the Competent Authority. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third party verification certificates: <\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificate of Control Structural Project <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP Certificate) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fire Extinguishing Certificate <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access Road Approval (In the case of CDA main avenues and Astride Roads). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved letter from National Highway Authority (NHA) (In case of GT road). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altitude of Free Certificate of Civil Aviation Authority (if in the vicinity of Airport or to reach maximum altitude). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Useful Connection Approvals: <\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approval letter from Sui Northern Gas Pipeline (SNGPL) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Letter of approval from Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Letter of approval from Water Supply System <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approval letter for Fire System. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOC \/ Environmental Approval of Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PakEPA). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construction Complete Certification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Watch this space for more information on that.
