The Capital Development Authority has published a comprehensive list highlighting all approvals and Certificates Without Object (NOC) required for the process of investment and development in Pakistan\u2019s real estate market. <\/span><\/p>\n

Feeta.pk<\/a> brings you a list of required documents for NOC \/ approvals for a project in a plot of approved housing. It is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Ownership Documents: <\/span>\n
      \n
    1. Grant Letter or Certificate <\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Possession Letter <\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Demarcation Certificate <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. NOC and Approved Layout Plan of Housing Scheme. <\/span><\/li>\n
    5. No Object Certificate (NOC) by the authority to Process the construction Plan approvals in CDA. <\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Approved Layout Plan. <\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Letter of approval from Project Control Committee (DVC). <\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Approved Letter of Construction Plans. <\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Approved Construction Plans controlled by the Competent Authority. <\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Certificates for third exams: <\/span>\n

      1. Certificate of Control Structural Project <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP Certificate) <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Fire Extinguishing Certificate <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Access Road Approval (In case of CDA main avenues & Astride Roads). <\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Approved letter from National Highway Authority (NHA) (In case of GT road). <\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Altitude of Free Certificate of Civil Aviation Authority (if in the vicinity of Airport or to reach maximum altitude). <\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Useful Connection Approval: <\/span>\n

        1. Approval letter from Sui Northern Gas Pipeline (SNGPL) <\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Letter of approval from Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) <\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Letter of approval from Water Supply System <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Approval letter for Fire System. <\/span><\/li>\n
        5. NOC \/ Environmental Approval of Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PakEPA). <\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Construction Complete Certification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
